Returns and Refunds Policy for RS PrintLab

1. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Modification/Cancellation Window: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated due to our production process.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Timeframe: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of product delivery.
Required Information: Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
Resolution Options: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.
3. Returns Due to Customer Preference
Policy on Returns: As each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items based on customer preference, such as dissatisfaction with the product or a change of mind.
4. Size Exchanges
Exchange Policy: We do not offer size exchanges. To ensure the best fit, please refer to our detailed size charts available on each product page before placing your order.
5. Lost Packages
Lost in Transit: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, will resend the product at no additional cost.
6. Return Address
Return Address: All returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer service team during the return process. Please note that unauthorized returns or returns sent to an incorrect address may not be processed.
