1. Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within [1-2] business days before being shipped.

• Shipping times vary depending on location:

  Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within [3 - 5] business days.

  International Shipping: Estimated delivery within [5-7] business days, subject to customs processing times.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.

• We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure timely deliveries.

3. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

• RS PrintLab is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

• If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

• RS PrintLab is not responsible for stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

**Please be aware that customers outside of the UK may incur additional customs duties or taxes or other customs requirements. Any such customs duties or taxes may be significant and so please ensure you confirm the position before placing your order. We are not responsible for any such customs duties, taxes or requirements, nor are we responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs duties or taxes or non-compliance, and we will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
